While working in the service industry, Charles graduated from Ball State University with a double Bachelors in Psychology and Criminology, specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology. It’s with this background that he has helped turn around quick service restaurant franchises from small and single unit companies to multi-state companies, helping many of them them grow over 500%.
